Overall not that impressed with this meal don't think main chef was there!

THE MENU
1) Canapes on Arrival carrot juice and foie gras cornets( no picture).
2) Prawns in stock.
3) Ham hock with grilled leeks.
4) Foie Gras, Quince jelly on mushroom compote under crispy cracker,
5) Pan Fried Scallop with crispy cracker and caviar .
6) Salmon with CO2 balls squirted over.
7) Lamb with lamb croquet and kale.
8) Pre desert a ball that explode in mouth.
9) Lemon sorbet and lemon curd.
10) Selection of Cheeses.
11) Coffee with Petit Fours.
