Viajante On My Birthday 2012


For my Birthday Peter and myself went to Viajante Restaurant Bethnal Green London. It was a excellent evening and excellent food. We had the 12 course dinner menu, these are some pictures of the dishes unfortunately once again I failed to photographs all dishes.

Brown Crab. It was tasty yet you could not taste the crab.


Halibut with Seaweed sofrito and Seafood Rice broth


Bacthau Dos Mundos. In fact Cod Tongue delicious


Kototxa with Lengua, Crispy potato over fish, sorry started it.


Salsify with Spruce Bark and Potato. Again half way through it, lovely.


Bone Marrow with Beef Broth


Iberico Pig cheek with fermented Squash. Excellent


Cucumber with reduced Milk Sorbet. very refreshing.
