Game with Premium Wine Collections at Roger Hickman's Norwich 25-09-2012, for Peter Shertser Birthday.
First Class Food, forgot the Menu and Wine List, but all the wines were enjoyable although relatively young.
We also had a cheese course before the Dessert and Coffee and Petti fours.

Chefs Appetiser, Chicken Liver and Wild Mushrooms, Wonderfull.

Quail with Giroles, shallot puree and Broad Bean.

Foie Gras Mousse with Cured Duck and Fig Chutney

Venison, braised Cabbage and Carrots, Pomme Fondant
